In extreme cases a custom order can be cancelled as long as I haven’t shipped the item. If I haven’t started the project a full refund will be issued, if I have started the project a 5-15$ yarn/time fee may be kept from the refund.
 
Yarn/time fees may not apply if I complete project and at point of approval via photos it is rejected upon my discretion. 

 Any custom sizing issues after delivery must be reported in the first week. Dm me @Goknityourself_ so I can resolve the issue.
